Condolence: Dear Klein family,
I was sorry to learn of Imogen's death. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We are so very thankful for all the special times and wonderful memories our families have shared over the years. My parents treasured their friendship with your folks. We enjoyed the trips to the beach and visits when we were younger, but there is one story I will relate that I had never heard until I visited with Imogen just a few years ago. She told me that when she and my mom were both young teachers in their early twenties, she would visit my mom's parents on numerous occasions. Once, she and my mom were lying on a bed looking out the window giggling about the cute salesman that was calling on my grandfather's store. That salesman, ultimately turned out to be my dad. I love that image of our mothers as young girls and all the good times that followed. I know from first-hand conversations with Imogen that she loved her family so very much and how proud she was of you all. We will miss her, and we will always treasure her memory that we will carry in our hearts.
Love, N'Earl & Robin

Condolence: Dear Shelby, Ricky, Betsy, and Cathy,
I am so sorry that your wonderful mother has passed. I have such powerful memories of your mother and in fact your whole family (including the best dog Jet!). Your mom was so solid. She was the quiet, loving mother alongside your exuberant, fun father. Our neighborhood would not have been the same without your family. I remember fondly all the kids in your backyard. Your mom would be watching and keeping everyone in line while your dad would be teaching us basketball and calling us "goils" and being right there with us. Imogen was a true lady (and I LOVED her accent!) Please know that I have been thinking of you. I can't imagine the loss you must feel, but you were certainly lucky to have her and she was lucky to have you. Peace and love to you all. Shelton

Condolence: Dear Klein Family, We are so sorry for your loss. Besides rearing her own very special children, she helped so many of us rear our children. Lauren has fond memories of Mrs. Klein from pre-school. We parents were secure in knowing that our children were in her 2good hands. May warm memories help in the days ahead. God bless. Condolence: Wallace and I grew up together on Bank St., and he was 3-4 years older, but he was always a responsive hero of mine. The age difference did not ever cause him to be patronizing. We worked together at the gas factory one summer, and I was upset because the boss allowed him to work on the roof, but not me, as I was too young!
His memory , and that of his sister, Jane's , are always fresh in my mind, regardless of time.
Imogene was a great girl, and am so glad youall had her so long.
