Condolence: Betty Tipsword was a lovely caring person. She was such a wonderful supporter through the years of the Blacksburg Women’s Club. She also was a great contributor for children’s needs at the Christmas Store —- spending hours shopping, collecting and coordinating toys, books and clothing.
