Leonard E. Woods, Jr., 69, of Salem, Va. went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. He was born Monday, May 2, 1949. He was a treasured brother, uncle, and son-in-law.
He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard E. Woods, Sr.; and mother, Kathleen (Woods) Mitcham.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Barbara Ann (Mountcastle) Woods; son, Robert A. Woods; daughter, Angela (Woods) Bradford; three grandsons that he loved dearly, Branden Bradford, Billy Ray Bradford, and Brad Bradford; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 1, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev. Brian Giser. A committal will follow the service at Sherwood Memorial Park, Salem.
