Condolence: I had the privilege of being a student in Professor Good’s French classes in 1977-1979. She was a fine teacher and a kind soul. My mother also knew Professor Sam Good well and I was involved with one of his theater productions at Olin Hall. Both very fine people who left indelible marks on Roanoke College and on me. Condolence: I have fond memories of Prof. Good and the one semester of German I took with her. It was followed by a three-week interim trip to Munich (January 1982), where she gave us the experience of a lifetime. I will never forget her.

Condolence: Michael - I'm so very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Both she and your father were professors of mine. Frau Good was gracious in helping me get a Fulbright to Germany and I will forever be grateful to her for that. I looked forward to seeing her each December at the RC Christmas Parties.
