I had the privilege to be on Roger's list of customers. As read in all condolences I knew him to be a hard working, conscientious person. If he was going to do something, he did it well. I always arrived early when he was coming as he said, "if I'm not 15 minutes early, I'm late". He lived the statement, "Be the change you want to see in this world". There is no greater compliment.
