Herbert (Kenny) Flowers, 66, of Salem, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017.
Preceding him in death was his father, Hubert Herbert Flowers; and sister, Elizabeth (Sissy) Flowers.
His surviving family includes his mother, Barbara Madison and husband, Ronnie; wife of 47 years, Sue Flowers; children, David Flowers and wife, Katie, and Marie Phillips and husband, Jamie; grandchildren, Cody Blankenship and girlfriend, Christy Caldwell, Dalton Alexander Moore, Devin Phillips, Emily Phillips, Declan Fulton, Andrew Flowers, and Alianna Flowers; great-grandchildren, Chance Werner, Serenity Werner, Nevaeh Caldwell, and Rayne Moore; siblings, Becky Madison and husband, Wayne, Jerry Flowers and wife, Linda, Sherrie Tosh and husband, Ronald, Jeff Flowers, and Dolly White and husband, Ronnie; sisters-in-law, Peggy Walton, Wilda Correll and husband, Henry (Duck), Karen Bell and husband, Ronnie, and Vicky Hess and husband, Billy; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2017, also in the chapel, with Rev. Kindle Arnold officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Sherwood Memorial Park.
