Elizabeth Hamlen Parr, 81, of Salem, went to be at peace with her Lord and her beloved husband, Mervin (Bill) Parr in the early hours of Monday, February 27, 2017. Most importantly, she was a fantastic friend, wonderful wife, and magnificent mom.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and CNAs at Our Lady of the Valley and South Roanoke Nursing Home for their love and care.
